These terms cover buying and using iBaila. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

Your license

Buying iBaila gives you a personal license to use it on one Mac that you own or control. You can move it to another Mac by deactivating it on the first one. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription, and it includes every 1.x update. Please don't share, resell or redistribute your license key or the app.

Payment

Orders are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Polar's terms apply to the purchase itself.

Other services

iBaila works alongside apps and services we don't run, like Apple Music and Spotify. It isn't made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple or Spotify. Apple Music is a trademark of Apple Inc., and Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. Song artwork, lyrics and videos shown in the app belong to their owners and come from their services.

No warranty

We work hard to make iBaila reliable, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app.

Changes
